Foundation Purpose

The Foundation was organized was to (1) raise the funds needed to maintain and improve the quality of healthcare services and facilities, (2) aid in the operation and development of LakeWood Health Center, and (3) allow for other charitable, scientific, and educational purposes, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
